Hydraulic valve lifters. 4.0 93 XJS

Hi Can anybody tell me if the XJS 4.0 has hydraulic valve lifters?

No such animal. Solid tappet with a selective shim pressing down on the tip of the valve stem, pushed open by the cam lobe.
