Hi, new here. I am looking to purchase my first JAG!! The 2002 x-type sport 3.0. My biggest concern is gas mileage. I drive ALOT!! ANyone who is diligent on clocking miles per gallon could you please get back to me. Any info regarding the 4.0L v8 SFI DOHC 32v or anything else positive or negative regarding this car would be of great help. Thanks so much-hoping to be part of the JAG forum as a new car owner.

just curious, but if youre that worried about fuel mileage, and you can afford a jag, why not buy a cheap DD that gets good mileage, and get a jag?

IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT FUEL MILEAGE AN AWD IS NOT FOR YOU SORRY. WHY NOT AN S-TYPE WITH A V-8 ACTUALLY BETTER IN FUEL MILEAGE THEN THE V-6
