Remove the inner fender liner, driver's side.

? Well it is....who wants to remove a fend liner to replace a fuel filter?
Would have been easier to put in under the car tucked near the tank (gas) like all the other "commoner" cars...
lol

The only easy Fuel filter on a Jag made after 1998 is the X-type.

The rest are a pain to get to.
