Does anyone know if my 2002 X type Navigation can be upgraded to a TV/DVD Combo? CAn my actual factory screen become a TV too? CAn my NAvigaton unit be a DVD player?

No, the 02 does not have that ability, but the 05 does. I have the complete unit, with DVD that will replace your 02. this one also has the ability for the backup camera.

Here is what i have. the complete NAV unit with A/C controls, touch screen with 4 av inputs, DVD player and the radio with CD, and the heated seat switch. It's all one unit that fits in your stock location.

I will also throw in a white car cover and shifter handle, tan in color for the X-type.
