Hi

I cant say that I have poorly taken care of this vehicule,as I have taken great care,yet I just noticed several small rust bumps(cant see the rust just the black bump on the paint) the size of a 30th of a centimeter on the back of the car and the trunk area. Is there a way to have it buffed out without painting every thing,these tiny bubbles are very tiny, yet are bubble's i cant scratch of with my finger nail i dont see why I cant be buffed away and then treated as chip dents(repainted) I dont know what they do to fix chips on hood(bonnet) and front bumper.any one every have this problem.also a local bodyshop charges my 250$ per section,this problem might cover a several sections.
