Hey everyone,

So recently my jaguar hood ornament was stolen off my XJ8 parked right in front of my house. Though it irritated me that someone would deface my jag like that, I was happy that the vehicle was still in working condition. Then about a week later I noticed that the rear seat adjustment buttons weren't working! I dont know of this is related to the hood ornament being stolen, but perhaps the battery/engine components were damaged when the ornament was ripped off the hood? Or if there is a seat adjustment lock button, would someone please tell me how to unlock it? Thank you

Try the rear window lock switch. It's at the bottom of the drivers window switchpack. It also locks out the rear seat controls.
