I would not bother with fuel pressure or plugs. I would first pull the battery and have it load test at the local parts store. If it tests fine, the next move is the starter. Full pressure and/or spark would only come into play once the engine spins over but does not catch.

I'm sure I don't understand. You said the fan moves about an inch. If the fan is not turning, then the motor is not turning. If it clicks only, then the starter is not turning the motor over. Not to fear, we will get you through it.

Does the motor spin but not "catching?" In other words it goes through all the starting motions but does not "fire."
