Hello All, I need to replace my tag light (license plate light) I want to replace it with a LED bulb from VLEDS.COM does anyone have the correct part# for the bulb?

 

Also, as far as replacing the bulb, I know I am going to have to remove the trunk lid liner, but do I have to mess with the lock assembly?

 

Is it a straight forward replacement? Also why cant I post more then ONE SENTENCE AT A TIME!!!

 

I just changed mine, the correct bulb you need to ge is a 194 wedge bulb. to replace them, open your trunk, and squeeze the tab on the lense and pop it off, then the light just pulls out of the socket. (DO NOT TWIST) you may have to wiggle it back and forth to get an old light out, but for gods sake DO NOT TWIST LOL. easy mod man and looks good.

 

No you are not! Just pop off the clear lens covers from the outside. I just changed mine too. It
does look great.
