Maybe it is just faded. My green hub caps have faded to a blue-green color.

These things are on ebay ALL THE TIME! I've seen them in red, black, and green.

My guess is the green one. We don't stock them, but about $24 from Jaguar.

how to change the cap. do we need to remove the well and do the change from inside or it is from outside and use just a screw drive to pop up?

If you are very careful, you can remove them from the outside with a thin blade.
