Default 2003 X-Type Radio Wattage

I am trying to figure out what sound system is in my car and have come up thinking it is the base system. I have 4 6.5 components and 2 6.5 subs in the rear deck and a 6 disc cd changer in the trunk. I do not believe there is an amp and that everything is powered off the radio. Is this possible? What would the wattage of this radio be?

If you have subs then you dont have the basic system.Sounds like the system in yours is between base and premium as you dont have door tweeters.
If your car is <2004 then the amp for yours isintegrated into the rearparcel shelfsub.(Its one sub).
If your car is 2004- then then amp is beside the LH boot wall beside the CD changer.
The radio/cd changer/speedo/amp (and nav if you have it) is all linked together via D2B fibre optics. The amp powers the speakers and sub not the radio.
A few people from the forum have upgraded to non Jag premium systems with aftermarket amps.

Thanks for the info Buck...

Here is some info that you may amuze you... I disconnected the harness running to the sub and only the sub has shut off. I do have tweeters on all 4 doors. I have a funny feeling the radio is powering the door speakers/tweeters and the amp popwered the sub? Could it be?
