how to replace the blower motor passenger side

The passenger side blower motor in my wife's 1998 XK8 is making a noise like it is hitting something in the blower box. I took out the seat and all of the glove box stuff but it is not obvious how to get the blower motor out. Has anyone done this and if so, what is the procedure to get it out?
