Default Christo's JTIS Download Site

Thanks to KeithO64 and ArmyJag I was able to get ahold of the JTIS manuals. KeithO ftp'd the files to my server and ArmyJag downloaded and installed them to test their integrity. I currently have FIOS with a 5mb upload so they shouldn't take too long to download if we go one at a time. So post here and I will be glad to drop a link so you can download. Also if you have some trouble extracting and installing the software, post here and I or one of the others will support you. I get emails right to my cell phone so I can respond quickly with the download link.

The cd's have detailed information for:
XJ 1995-2003
XK 1997-2003
S-Type 1999.25-2003
X-Type 2001.5-2003
XJS 1995-1996

Once we get thru the rush (if there is one) I will edit this post and drop the links right here for everyone in the future.

Please go directly to the last page for links and further instructions. Thanks. (Moderator)

We got them!!!

Thanks, got them. One's downloading on my laptop, and the other on my desk top as we speak, (or type), so should have them shortly.

Yeah man, that is what this is all about! Where's KeithO? I will probably drop the link in the top thread in a couple weeks - I thought there would be more interest, but I guess with the holidays and all? But the good thing is these posts bring the topic to the top every time!

Chisto, tried replying to your PM twice, but it says you mail box if full. Anyway, thanks for sending it again. Now that your power is on the original link probably would have worked. I started around 530pm, and noticed both computers had stopped around 9pm, so, don't really know when they actually stopped. Anyway, we'll get it done. Thanks again.

The power must have gone out at that time. All the clocks were blinking and my cell phone didn't bother me while I was out!

I dumped my inbox and set items so I should be ok for now - dang things fills up quickly (15 messages).

One thing I noticed and this could be a heads up to everyone on this forum.

Being I have an apostrophe in the subject of this thread, it appears that it keeps multiplying the amount of apostrophe's (') every time someone replys. With that, after all the reply, I wasn't able to reply to this thread. After a number of attempts, I noticed a large amount of them in the subjet. I just edited out the apostrophes from the subject line and sure enough - I was able to post. So keep in mind that this may happen from this point forward. Any questions let me know.

OK, got it again, downloaded and went to bed. Woke up around 5, and the same thing. Did you electric go out again? Hope not, its cold outside. Anyway, started it again this morning, and the 2nd file finished, and works fine. Doing the 1st file right now, so hopefully will be charmed this time. I'll keep trying on it though. The apostrophe's have been a problem for a while now. About 3 months ago the site had problems and you couldn't post anything. It gradually got fixed to the present state. I'll let you know about the next file. Thanks again. Keith

Hey Keith, Nothing happened here on my end maybe the ISP's were doing some maintenance over night. I have also seen them force the connection to reset to disrupt some file sharing programs. Either way glad you got disk 2. Who is your internet provider and what speeds do you get? I am just checking if something is wrong because these files should download in 1-2 hours tops.

Took about 2.5 hours for me on each one. I was surfing though while it downloaded so that probably has something to do with it....
