Whether your Jag is a Best in Show contender, or just a sweet daily driver, you should bring it out to the latest Festivals of Speed event.

Whether you’re a Midwesterner, or an East Coaster, all eyes should be on Georgia. May 20 is when the annual Festivals of Speed event is coming to the greater Atlanta area, and it looks to be an absolutely gorgeous show. Bringing in must-see exotic and luxury cars from across the country, Festivals of Speed Atlanta is a car show a step above most others.

On May 20, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the event will be taking over the Avalon, a beautiful outdoor mall and event area in Alpharetta. While the whole area is being overrun with horsepower and sultry sheet metal, the heart of the event can be found at 2200 Avalon Boulevard.  If this recap video of last year is any indication, it looks like a good time for all:

While it is a car show, with a judged event for those so inclined, it’s much more than that. Festivals of Speed Atlanta is a charitable event, donating proceeds to the Shepherd Center, one of the finest brain and spinal injury rehabilitation hospitals in the country.

The event is free to attend, however, with limited space available, guests should register on the Festivals of Speed Atlanta event page, here.

While it is free to attend, for those who want to make an extra impact, VIP tickets are available, as well. These $125 passes are not only a charitable help to the Shepherd Center, but allow access to a VIP experience at the event. Special VIP parking, a well-appointed viewing gallery, food and drinks are all part of the equation. It all sounds excellent, to us.
