Five Jaguar Concepts We Wish Had Made it to Production

Famed Italian styling house Bertone showed off its take on the XJ at the 2011 Geneva Auto Show. And while I’m not really sold on the inclusion of the Leaper, overall, I think this is a beautiful take on the styling of the iconic sedan.

Now, I do think the modern XJ is a great looking machine. But I do wish that Jaguar’s designers had seen this before the modern version was released in 2010, as this could have been an excellent way to usher the big cat’s recognizable lines into the next century.

The carriage doors at the rear are something I’d particularly like to see make it to production on Coventry’s flagship sedan.
