While it’s unquestionably a long shot, I think there’s a possibility we might actually yet see a small-batch of the C-X75 produced. In fact, since five functional prototypes were made, there basically already has been.

Powered by a combination of four electric motors and a turbocharged conventional powerplant, the C-X75 foreshadowed the push toward hybrid supercars, and its appearance in the James Bond movie Spectre made it a symbol of Jaguar’s continuing push to innovate. I saw one of these in person at the L.A. Auto Show in 2010, and it blew me away.
