'98 XJR rear speaker, hood struts.
My XJR is a 98 with Harman Kardon premium sound system. The parcel shelf speaker is cracked and needs replacing. Where can I find a new one other than my local Jaguar dealer? Haven't priced it from them and I don't really want to because I know it's going to be five hundred bucks.
I needed hood struts and called them because I couldn't find them from local auto parts dealers. They quoted $250.00 each! I found them on ebay for $68.00 for the pair, shipping incl.
Thanks in advance for any info...

Have you tried any of the online jaguar parts stores?
Junk yard? If you verify what years have the same shelf, you can probably increase the chance of finding one.
Is it too far gone to be repaired? If it looks good on the top you might be able to fix it.
