ACM installed in the Super V8 about a month ago by the dealer. Was told by their tech "guru" that I would get full iPod integration including playlist, artist info, etc, etc and with USB only be able to see one track at a time on the touch screen. Well I get none of that with USB although can flip through up to 4 music foldersand the iPod is even worse, allowing the playback of only 4 tracks, one from each playlist and the iPod locks me out when connected to the car.

Am I missing something or is theJaguar techa dumbass or a liar?

 

only get full audio controls and names of folders and artist on a all xfs new xk portfolios and 09 xk's all the rest are usless.. the beas thing to do in your situation is to buy a rca cord that plugs into ipod.. and the rca plugs into the rca jack of your ipod kit that in your car.. then you have full control in your hand thru the ipod

 

Thank you for the response. I already had that setup through the rear AUX jacks, but the dealer boasted about how great it would be to have the iPod integration with text on the NAV screen, etc.

The other problem I am having is a chirping sound in the background only when the iPod is connected.

Going back to the dealer on Monday to get it sorted out.
