Question Audio Control Unit / CDC button not working

Can anybody help me with a little problem I have with my Audio Control Unit / CDC button fitted to my 2007 S-Type. I don't have a CDC fiited so the CDC button simply operates the ACU unit.

I had my IPOD connected to the ACM and all was working perfectly and I had to disconnect the Ipod mid song. Since then the CDC button does not respond and the IPOD no longer charges when connected. This happened once before and it suddenly started working a few days later. Is there anything I can do to fix this and does anybody know why it happened?

Many thanks

Did you accidentally switch the switch on the ACM to the off position while you were unplugging the iPod? If so, switch it back on while the car and radio are off.
