i have been wanting to add bluetooth ( iphone ipod streaming ) to my 05 str and i finally got the isimple trazblu ( antenna adaptor) had reservations about it but ran out of choices. so i got it installed it and i was really surprised it worked and sounds really good. next will be a back up camera and a dvd set up that will play on the stock screen.

well i couldnt get my i phone to sync with the radio so after looking for a ACM and no luck finding one i looked in to the i simple trazblu ( will go between the antenna ) and you can use any station ( with the app ) not cd quality but it works. when you get a txt it will cut in and when you get a phone call it will just turn off the i simple so you know a calls coming in then when the call is over it turns back on. it took all about 15 mins to install and works like a champ. i have an 05 str and here is the parts i had to get
antenna adaptor 40-eu10 and 40-eu20 ( in and out ) you can get them for around 20.00
isimple tranzit blu isfm23 ( for iphone ex ) they have a different one for android 120.00
it will stream music movies internet radio and internet video. i will be doing a stock screen conversion so the stock screen will be used to display video i will have a video of that conversion maybe tomorrow

 

Thanks for the info. I was not aware of Isimple products. I am also looking at the Satechi sound fly Blutooth. Although I am not a big fan of FM transmitters the reviews are decent and I think I will give it a try. I will post a review when I get it installed.
