Default How To? OEM Jaguar Phone Installation (2007 S-Type)

Hi,

I have a 2007 jaguar S-type (3.0).

There is a new and still boxed OEM Jaguar Motorola Cell phone that I found on ebay that I would like to consider purchasing and have installed.

The link that describes and shows in detail is: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ORIGI...item2c47edd2f6

Before I purchase the kit, want to simply know if this is going to be do-able, given that Jaguar already has JaguarVoice.

Want to go for the old-school mobile phone look and would like some input on feasibility for this particular phone model.

Regards,
Michael

Don't waste your time or $$. Even if you COULD get that to install, that phone isn't E911 compliant (no gps to tell it where you are if you dial 911) therefore it's no longer legally allowed to be activated. Verizon won't turn it on for you.

Zombie thread alert...

Maybe buy this and a bluetooth handset and swap the guts from the bluetooth handset into this phone.

Of course, it would mean you effectively had two phones but still...
