what to do with Jaguar phone in 02 XJ

I just purchased a 2002 XJ Sport. It came with a Jaguar phone. The phone is an older Motorola model, with Jaguar marking on it, and is hard wired into the radio. It has controls etc on the steering wheel. The phone appears to be on the Sprint netork, but is not active.
My questions are twofold:
1) What other phones (if any) would I be able to install in place of the Motorola that came with it.
2) Can the Jaguar system (ie the steering wheel controls etc) be adapted to a bluetooth system, for example using Parrot or some other company bluetooth kit.

Visit www.nicestuffonline.com they have a harness that plugs into the phone harness. Gives you full use except for dialpad on radio. I like the motorola ihf1000. Bluetooth and full voice control. Sound comesthru speakers in car and mutesradio for calls. Best setup. I have put it in my 2001.
