Yeah that annoys me too. If you have two cars you get to pay for two full membership fees. If you have NRMA membership without the roadside assistance its about $60 a year.
So if you have a second car why don't they charge just the roadside assistance component of membership for it? That should = $40-$60 a year extra for the second car.
Shannons insurance now offer roadside assistance equal to some of the better NRMA packages. $200 a year and it covers any vehicle you have insured with them. Two cars and you are already ahead if you pay for the more premium NRMA package on the two.Thats ahead even if you still pay the NRMA for membership without roadside assist.
