Bloody hope so! I wouldn't wanna miss this one.

Picking up the Blue Goose today after she has had a spray tan for the event. Will have to do a bit more cleaning tomorrow so she's at least half presentable!

See this first of you fellas at 530am Sunday

Just got back from the venue, ovals have dried out well and all marked up for the day.
When arriving follow the signs for Jaguar/Aston,Rolls Royce/ Bently ,marshalls will direct you to the right place, the way in we had last year is a bit damp.

See you all there. Remember we will have the BBQ going if you want to use it, there will be snags, onion, sauce and bread but if you want more feel free to bring it along to cook.(even if you want to cook yourself breakfast).

The wife won't be attending (she hates car shows), but my mate Charlie will be driving Ms Kitty while I drive my MG (his MG is in the shop). Looking forward to meeting all of you tomorrow.

Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, Jaguar.

Just returned from setting up filed for tomorrow.
The caretaker informed me that he now wants all the lower field cars to enter that field by another route.
Tomorrow all vehicles on the lower field will travel with all other vehicles to the boat shed end of the upper field then exit to the right as indicated by the sign and travel via the new concrete driveway around the front of the boat shed then exit over the grass following the signs on posts erected.

Entry to your assigned areas will now be from the opposite end of the lower field.

Please advise your members to take care, drive slowly and look for and follow signs indicating your marques.

Regards

Max Johnson
You can't go wrong, just follow the signs. Our area has a sign with Jaguarforums.com on a post. Th banner should be up as well by the time the gates open at 7am. See pic for directions(yellow arrows)

Hi Clarke,

Had a great day out. Thanks again for the warm welcome and the sausage sizzle. I enjoyed meeting several forum members and now I can put names to faces.

Cheers,

Stu

Default Nice weather ,New & old faces.

It turned out to be a perfect morning for the All British Day. Ten JF members with their cars.
Sorry Neil, I didn't get a photo of your car on it's own. It always seemed to have admirers in the frame.

Nice group of people to spend the day with, hope to see you all again either at one of our outings or same place next year.
Thanks for the great turn out.

Clarke thanks for making it what it was. Had a top day, and what a great turn out.

Really good to meet some of the guys i hadn't yet met and put names to faces.

Definitely want a bigger garage after seeing all those beauties today!

My favourites were the Rolls Royces!

Default Isiaih's choice

At his fourth JF outing, putting up with all us old Jag guys.

"Kove" (Neil) took out the major trophy for the day with his MKIV. (last years pic)

Being a PC forum, every member took home a trophy so no one goes home empty handed or deflated(lol)/

I might have spelt his name wrong a few times today, but some one has to look after these beasties when we are gone. Got to encourage them from a young age, especially if they show an interest!

Many thanks Clarke for arranging such an excellent day. My very first outing with the group was thoroughly enjoyed by myself and my wife, Lois. We both look forward to being active members of such a great bunch of guys with a fantastic representation of the Marque we all love. Great photos too thanks Paul.

Apart from the usual suspects.....o1xjr/kove/champir/paulyling/34by151/ we are trying to make an active social group from the forums. But building any type of group from strangers is a hard task in anyone's book.
A lot will come once, some will come twice but true believers in a forum having a real group of friends offline is a slow process.
Paul,James and myself have done this and socialise from time to time outside forum meets(and I see them both as friends, wives included). Rob and Neil, both I have met a few times at meets and are top blokes too.
We can only build from here, the great thing is it isn't a club with elected "fav's" and any of you can post a new thread or event or meet and run with it.
"You post, you run with it"....as paulyling found with the karting thread.

I might be the RC, but it means nothing really. I just jumped in there to get members out there doing stuff as a group because I'm no longer a club guy(see my JDCQ past) and want to socialise with Jag guys.

Never have I meet a more helpful bunch of blokes as on the Forum, and the unwritten code seems to be to just "pay if forward" ie we all help each other out if able.

Doug, you mentioned you need to remove your radiator out of your XJS and get it flushed or possibly re-cored. Mate Clarke and I have done my XJS's radiator so if you would like a hand removing it, send me a message mate and lets organise to get it done

There is a good spot near Clarke's house than can flush it else when can source one closer is up to you.

Also got a good document I can send you about swapping out the radiator from the Wizard of Oz Grant Francis.

By the way.... the photos were by Clarke. He's got the best camera!..

Now.....

Running off the high of All British Day I am keen for the next event. Be good to get those creative juices flowing for the next JF meet

I already started a post cause I was keen lol:
