Rain just sorts the men out from the boys, it just makes the limit of adheasion that much easeir to find. . Paul you are wearing a helmet, your hair will me messed up anyway.
Bring it on.
Just got home after a couple of glasses of red after dinner, and a few more. But couldn't get a couple of extra mates to make the trip north.

No rain, just another Queensland winter day.
Thanks to Paul for rounding up the usual suspects for a few hot laps of the "Big Kart Track". Fun was had by all, and as you would imagine giving 6 guys something with a motor and a race track things got a little competitve. Just a few love taps between karts, James and I got a few little warnings from staff for reaching down and pulling the throttle cable beside the seat (to give that extra couple of kp/h down the straight) and racing too close.
James(Pauls Dad), o1xjr(Clarke), 34by151(James), paulyling(Paul), champir(Rob), Shaun(Robs mate).
As well as Monica,Wendy, Paul's Mum and the 3 ling Children.

Don't know about the rest of you but I'm hurting today. Left knee is swollen up and bruised pretty bad and pulled muscles in both shoulders, I think it is from when I t-boned the kerb and bent the steering in the second session.
Also a bruise on my back from, possibly from one of the dome head bolts in the back of the seat.
But it was worth it.

Just got back from the Doc, possible torn menicus cartlidge and lateral collateral ligament has damage. Got to go for an MRI scan if the swelling doesn't go down by next Tuesday. If that is the case then off to see an orthopedic surgeon.
Hoping the swelling goes away, off work until Thursday week. Will just have put my leg up and read a good book and a lot of threads.

Dude are you serious? That sucks man
So you think it was when you hit the wall? You sure it wasn't when you and James were playing car wars ?
Well best wishes mate. i hope the MRI turns out it isnt torn. I've snapped my MCL before, and apart from the wife having to wait on me hand and foot it is not cool.

Even the doc said it must have been quite a big impact to bruise the shoulders, I didn't feel much in knee until later in the day, first off thought it was just a bruise on the knee cap.
