Great day out again.
1) o1xjr
2) 34by151
3) Dr Phill
4)Henry Crun
Another great track day over, 4 members and only one car to take out on the track so we shared driving duties and all cut a few hot laps.
Unusual amount or carnage out on the track today, too many cars on the track (*up to 50) in some sessions. And a few drivers that had more power than ability.

The Porsche owners wife took it out and didn't even get on the track properly before she floored it and lost control and nose planted the wall right in front of the tower.(have a look at the video of it on my facebook from my go-pro)

That is Dr Phill (using his past rally driving and racing skills) in the main pic with 4 in the car and it was the fastest lap of day for us. Not many good laps with the amount of traffic and disparity of cars from early 60's to brand new supercars in the same session.
That is the cropped version , I was 150 meters down the straight without the zoom lens.
Will try another one.
Here is couple from the Jaguar National Rally Regularity event Dr Phill did last year.
They let us right up to the corners to get pics that day.
The cars were grouped in assumed speed groups, so it was a much better day on track.

Was an absolute pleasure giving "Miss Fireball" a run around Lakeside again.
Should read "Flogging the *** out of Clarke's pride and joy". We managed to get a great clean lap in hitting all the right entry and exits. Once again thanks to Clarke for entrusting me with his baby. A great day had by all.

Inlet valve #3 cylinder bouncing up off tarmac to scratch sill . . . ? ROTFL!!!
Amazing what those XK engines can hold when "pegged" beyond the red zone in 2nd, eh Phil? The good Doctor has a competition based technique . . . that degree of "corner jacking" on a neutral steer brings back memories . . . ooh, yes!
Very impressive pics and thanks for sharing,
Cheers,
Ken
