Ok, lets make it 9.30 at the meeting point. It is about 1 1/2 hour drive.
That will give us a bit of time to chew the fat and wait for anyone running a bit late. And allow for a photo or two on the way.
I will PM my ph number to those coming in the next few days so we can be in touch on the day.

Please bring cash if possible, the manager did want to only have a single bill for the group. But after a bit of a discussion (with langauge barrier) he is going to try and accommodate separate orders for us on the day.

It is up to you guys from the north to work out an earlier meeting point if you want. Just make sure all are clear on the timing.

Meet at the Oxenford Tavern around 9.30am.
179 Old Pacific highway, Oxenford
Drive to North Tamborine via Tamborine-Oxenford Rd
Carry on to Cunungra then take the Lamington National Park Rd to O'Reilly's.
Lunch at O'Reilly's Mountain Cafe
After lunch go our own way(or together) to explore the area, or just head for home.

Guys from the North just a reminder, those that want to meet up first, we are meeting at the BP Servo, Southbound on the Bruce HWY near Morayfield at 745am. We'll be leaving at 8am sharp so we have plenty of time to get to the next meet point at the Oxenford Tavern.

Should be easy to spot as Doug and I both have Blue XJS's.

Hope to see you all there. Look forward to seeing old and new Jaguars! It's gonna be a great day

Probably the best place to meet at the Southbound BP is in the car park in front of the shops adjacent to the exit from the servo. Same place as last time for those who were there then. Traveling over the Gateway - don't forget your e-tags. We could fit in a couple of little people Paul if needed. Looking forward to the day. Cheers, Doug (and Lois).

Jag is engineless at the moment, but pick up new short engine tomorrow night. My mechanic mate has taken a couple of days off Thursday, Friday to make sure she gets there. If not look out for one of the two below sporting the Jag Forums banner. Weather will be the decider.

Good point Doug. I don't have an E-Toll thing-a-ma-gig. The Blue Goose tells me it doesn't match her decor

Just went online this morning and bought a pass for infrequent users.

Its only valid for two days. I am guessing they do not need to send out the white beeper anymore, can anybody confirm?

Geez I remember paying $1.90 in cash to go over that toll bridge years ago lol!

Yeah with the Gateway it works from your rego plate. Same for the tunnel.

Count my wife and I in. By the way, sorry for any confusion but my name is Peter. Bruce was the name of a number of male quails that we kept, but could never tell apart.

12 hour shift, fingers crossed all goes well tomorrow on the road test.

The " L" is for Legend, not learner like Phill believes.
