Dazs - If you are trying to set up a garage, Mikey is correct in needed a few more posts or admin upgrade.
If you are trying to load pics in a thread, you should see a link that says view full forum, click this which should bring up the advanced options. This should give you additional tool options across the top of the post box - look at the top row and you should see the paperclip icon.
Click that icon which will bring up a separate window allowing you to browse to the photo you wish to post. Select the photo, then click upload. You have to do this for each photo. Once done, scroll down and click ok
you should then be able to submit the post/pics
