Question Opinions on F-Type Lease deal

Hey all, getting various opinions on the following lease. Lot of reasons it has to be a lease on my end, and financing a new Jag (IMO) is probably not a great idea, at least until there's clarity on what the future of these cars look like after they're phased out.

Worth noting there's only a handful of these left in Canada and its been confirmed Canada won't be getting any 2024 MY allocation, so this is the last chance to get one new.

Model: F-Type Coupe P450 R-Dynamic AWD
  • MSRP: $115,825
  • Adjustments: -$3,398
  • Price: $112,427
  • Additional charges (they "waived" a lot of these through the adjustments above):
    • Floor mats $398
    • Filing Fee $399
    • Lease Acq Fee $350
    • Luxury Tax (F***ing Canada...) $3431.36
    • Tire & Wheel Protection (Need this for Canadian roads) $1098
    • PPSA $77.78
Cash Down = $9,999

Total Cost = $109,332.47
  • Lease Terms:
    • 48 months
    • APR: 6.99%
    • 16,000 KM/year
    • $809.09 bi-weekly
  • Due on Delivery:
    • Cash Down $8848.67 (%9,999 less 13% tax)
    • First Payment $716.01
    • AIR $100
    • Admin Fee $295
    • Freight/PDE $2950
    • Fuel $130
    • Other fees (licensing, recycling, etc) = $30
    • Tax = $1699.06
    • Deposit (already paid) $5000
- Total Due on Delivery = $14,768.74

- Total already paid: $5000

For interest, here are the options:

Options:

How do you know Canada won't be getting any 2024 f-type allocation??? I spoke to the dealer and they are still taking orders...

That's what I heard from no 1 but two dealers, unprompted (as in, I didn't ask the question, they just offered up that information)

This is from 2 dealers in Canada - they said they'll accept orders but what will likely happen is they won't get filled, or they'll try to scoop them from an American dealer to fulfill for their clients, but its unlikely.

Most allocations will be ordered to spec by a customer is what they're expecting.

Also, as an update, ended up getting a pretty sweet deal IMO (from same dealer) - changes are underlined and italicized:

    • Lease Acq Fee $350
    • Luxury Tax (F***ing Canada...) $2910.96
    • Tire & Wheel Protection 48M (Need this for Canadian roads) $699 (gave me 48M for the price of 36M)

Cash Down = $6470.52

Total Cost = $108,855.84
  • Lease Terms:
    • 48 months
    • APR: 6.99%
    • 16,000 KM/year
    • $804.15 bi-weekly (= $1742.33 monthly)

I'm in Ontario too, specifically the GTA... well this freaken sucks. I don't like any existing specs in stock, there's no p450's in racing green with black pack. I did find it weird that the Canada website removed the 2024 f-type build configurator back in February and I'm guessing the reason why is the one you stated. My 2024 spec was going to be the giola green (they all include black pack in 2024) but I'd settle for British Racing Green.

Also GTA. So when I was there they definitely had a British Racing Green one available that I was considering, but yeah unfortunately no black pack on it. If I remember correctly it was stil quite well-optioned (12-way perf seats, Meridian surround, blind spot assist, pano roof, etc...)

Given its the same dealer, Id be happy to refer you if you're interested? I'm sure they'd be glad to get a customer from me, and in turn be able to help you out? Feel free to shoot me over your email if interested!
