Seems like lots of people from BC here. Maybe someone should dream up a group or organization for us. Many years ago I belonged to the Vancouver Camaro Club. They used to meet every week or second week. But given how life has gotten more busy and everybody has more responsibilities etc now, perhaps once every 2nd or 3rd month would be better, especially logistically for those that don't live in the Lower Mainland. If people are interested, I'll let wiser heads than me come up with the right formula. It wouldn't matter to me if it's a classic Cat or the latest greatest forrest beast. It's all about pride of ride, as well as sharing technical tips and camaraderie.

Another move
Transferred to Port Hardy, "where the highway ends and the rain begins"
Got a house in Coal Harbour
Beautiful summer and windy roads
Kitty country
Saw a Vanden Plas on Malcolm Island, no other jags this far north
Come north, get off the freeway and drive some real roads
Happy winter, hope to see a jag or two next summer
Let me know if you are coming up for travel tips and possible meet

These groups already exist! : the Jaguar Car Club of Victoria (which has members on the mainland, in Alberta, Washington and Oregon as well as all over Vancouver Island (and puts on the largest Jaguar show in North America every summer - this year July 27-29) www.jaguarcarclub.ca. And the XK Jaguar Register of Vancouver (their show in North Van in August). Both clubs have driving activities among other things, so the wheel does not have to be reinvented!
