Welcome to the world of Jaguar. It's wonderful over here. Very pleased to hear that now Kelowna will have a kitty shop as well. That way when passing through, we have a home away from home.

For my fellow Lower Mainlanders, I would recommend Richmond Jaguar, who have serviced my 2002 XK8 convertible for almost 7 years, and are now looking after my 2009 XK convertible too. I find them very knowledgeable, curteous, and obliging. Even though I live in the Upper Fraser Valley, I travel in to them for servicing, as I know it will be done properly.
By the way, now that I have acquired my 2009, I am selling my 2002, in case anyone is interested, or has a friend who wishes to become a proud Jaguar owner.

I agree!
Roxane does exelent job. Unfofortu Ali has gone to deserved pension, he knew more about Jaguar cars then some "certified mechanics".
Quite expensive parts, which can be substitued with OEM or Ford parts ... etc

I also bought an 2011 XJL SC from MCL motor cars (a demo) and have been relatively happy with it. I've had it for about 10 months now and have had it serviced twice - although once was just for adding illuminated tread sills. I think you just need to handle them properly (i.e. I'm not sure they're good at setting expectations appropriately and you need to call them for status updates) otherwise you might wait a while to get your car back. I had a few things go wrong all at once and when I came in to pick up the car, several items weren't addressed - which meant they kept it for another couple of days. I can go into more detail if anyone particularly wants to hear them.
