2002 X TYPE 2004 X TYPE 2006 XJ8 VP 1969 XKE I have owned 5 Jaguars of all my favorite is my 2006 XJ8 VP. The color caviar what a beautiful car more comments than any other car I have had. Detailing begins with the paint thats the foundation. use the best clear coat and sand too 3000 grit filled by buffing with 3 compounds until you have a deep luster. Then take car of the finish clean as needed wax to keep that hight gloss shine. The insied must not be neglected you must take the same intense effort. Keep the engine bay as clean as the rest of the car. Do not neglect the service part if your car is to last as long as possible, use the best gas, oil,tires keep up on your maintenance. Treat the leather, vinyl , rubber door seals, carpets etc. In my opinion this is a joy and something to look forward to. Have fun Robert
