Hi buddy, its possible, I could be wrong, but those scratches look wayy too deep for a detailer to be able to do anything with.
Its either going to be a full or part respray I'd imagine!
By all means please take advice from a detailer if you can. It may be that perhaps a S.M.A.R.T. repair may be effective.
Try typing SMART repairrs or similar into your browser and see what pops up local to you.
