Default Restoring Plastic UV Fading

Have a 2001 XK8 and as many others do, I get some 'replacement parts' from the local Salvage Yards. I have a right side Engine Cover and Air Box that came from one. Typically these parts have set out in the elements and sun for some time and the plastic is faded (almost gray versus black). Is there a way and/or a product available to restore the finish/color of the plastic to somewhere close to what it should be?
