Driver seat will not return to set position

Driver seat will not always return to memory 1 set position.
Has anyone experienced this and managed to resolve the problem?

My wife has the same problem (memory position 1) with her 2019 P250. Waiting to see if anybody has a fix. Funny thing is memory position 2 seems to work 90% of the time.

Memory 3 is free, so I have set it to there.
