Default First problem for my wife's 2021 E-pace

I was driving down the road with my wife in the passenger seat and we pulled up to a light, came to a stop, and the car shut off. All of it. No displays at all, the 4way didn't even work. Opened the door, popped the hood, and got out and ran around and opened the hood. Wife indicates it's back. Close the hood, get in the car, start it up. It immediately died again. Repeat and it came back so I got in and started it up and took off. Next red light, it did it again. Popped the hood, it came back, closed the hood, started it up and pressed the button to disable auto-stop/start. Drove home and it didn't do it again. Called the dealer this morning and they said they'd send a flat bed truck to take it to the dealer. He's now 4 hours late, I can see his position, he's at the mall and hasn't moved in a half hour. I'm getting annoyed, the dealer isn't answering the phone, strait to voice mail. If the flat bed truck gets to the dealer and they're closed, what then. I'm top tier irritated right now.

It "could" be something electronic. My guess, there is a loose or grounded especially in the hood connection.

It ended up being a lose connection to the start/stop control. A day to diagnose, a day to fix. No loaners available, so stuck ubering. That felt disgusting. If I never do it again, it'll be to soon. Since covid hit I don't drive much and took all of my other cars off the road.

Since they fixed it, the start/stop function doesn't function at all. Normally it's annoying and I don't like it, but if they made it non-functional, i feel like i'm not ok with that either.

Try to see in either one of these if you want the Auto/Stop feature enabled:
1) Look into you car's battery and on the NEGATIVE post side there is a black device attached to it. See if the wire connection plug is not attached. If you want to enable the Stop/Start system, simply plug in the wire connection to the black device.
2) Another location for the Auto/Stop feature (It's an F-Pace, but I believe same rule applies to E-Pace):
