Hi all, I have a 2018 E Pace and it has been running smoothly (beside a small problem with Start Stop), however some days after the 3rd service (23M kms, less than 15,000 miles) light than warns about coolant low level goes on (without any change in engines temperature at the board). After went to garage to get a quick assesment about the problem (not possible to left the car at the momento to have a detailed assesment), they filled the coolant. Next day the signal goes on again, but there is not any visible leaking. Now dealers wants me to pay almost one thousand dollars to have a new water pump saying that the car is out of warranty (more than 3 years old). Is it normal?? I Understand water pump life should be around 100,000 kms and mine have less than 25% of that. Use as been most urban (not highway) so this failure comes without put strong pressure in engine`s work. Anyone has had any similar problem? Should I put a complaint to Jaguar if the official dealer in Peru doesn´t want to do replacement under warranty? Thanks in advance!
