I recently visited a friend in New Mexico and I saw that he still has his 968 Jaguar XKE 6cyl with Auto Trans and hard top. It was running when he stored it 15-18 years ago. I think it had a slipping trans at that time. It needs to be restored and has little rust. It is really a barn find...I know he has fallen on hard times and would like to sell it to supplement his income.

I'm guessing that it is a 2+2, but pictures would pictures would be a great help. Also it would give an indication of its condition.

 

Yes, I got this information from the owner today... 1969 XKE 2+2 4.2L 6 cyl. has receipts 56k miles indicated Owner states numbers matching.
These pictures were taken this morning.
Owner purchased with intention of restoring, but injury and age got in the way. Now needs to sell to pay bills.
