I own a 69 2+2 and I'm going to repaint it but, knowing that the later BRG paint was greener and less of a "moss" green shade, I thought I'd ask if anyone on this forum might know the proper description for my correct color and maybe also, where I can get it if not from my local supplier. I have gotten this greener shade from paint suppliers before only to find I'm stuck with the wrong color even though they say it's correct. One place even had me bring in a piece of my car to photo match it and it was still off a bit. Any info about this paint problem would be greatly appreciated. I'm afraid that if I trust the paint shop to supply the paint they will just paint it the greener shade which is not right and an xke affection-ado would notice the difference as I now know thus depreciating the value.
