Complete rear end
Hi There,
Not really sure about this , but I have come across a Jaguar rear end. It is complete , has inboard disc brakes , spoke rims and splined shafts with knock offs. It appears to be all there.
Question I have is how do I figure out what year and model it is off of ( someone who knows a little more than me seems to think it is an e or xke style. And what is it worth?
Any help or direction would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi Nujag,
The same rear suspension design was used in XKE, Mark X/420G, 3.8S/3.4S, 420, XJ6 and some XJS. The main difference was the track width, differential ratio, posi or open differential, cage width, axle shaft length and lower arm length. You can get them for as little as $100 at a pick & pull salvage yard.
