E-Type bodywork Connecticut

I'm a new member of the Jag club and I have E-type OTS #875427, R1573-9, which I have owned since 1984. In that time I have always done all of the work on it.
Now I am doing a restoration on it. I have it stripped to the bare body shell panels with the next step being plastic media blast and epoxy primer.
I have a friend who has previously owned a professional body shop and still wins American classic car shows with his recent rotisserie restorations. He and I would like to paint the car. He has offered to also do the bodywork: replace left and right bulkhead panels, improve shaping of slight and very old ding repairs from the past.
As an alternative, I was wondering if you had recommendations for who could do the bodywork instead. Then we could paint it ourselves.
Best regards,
Andy

Hi Andy,
I have never used them but, I have heard good things about Monocoque Metalworks. Here is their website:

Metal Fabricator in Elkton, Maryland
Best of luck with your restoration. A long time ago I had 875648. It was built the end of September of 61. I wish I still had it. It's now restored and living in Tennessee.
