Default gearbox conversion

Hi,
I am looking for a manual box for mt XJ6 s3.
All the boxes seem to be made for the E type. Being the same engine and all....
Does anyone know which box is best?
The JT5 looks good but I have not heard much about it. Does anyone have experience with it?

What about the tremec T5?
Anybody modified their car to accept this box?
Again the Company "jt5" makes a bellhousing to accommodate a t5. But I have not read any user feedback for this company. In fact the only info I've seen regarding JT5 is from their own website.....so anybody familiar here?
