hot starts difficult
my 69 sII first on the first turn when cold however it can be a bit of a problem when I shut it down hot and have to restart in 5-10 minutes. takes several long cranks for it to begin to sputter and finally fire up. I would be grateful for any input on this. thanks bill

I've always been under the impression that 98% of fuel problems are probably electrical.....
The coil is a good possibility, as mentioned ....The other possibility is the distributor....
Check to make sure that you are not running too much advance, or that the advance springs are in good order....
Since fuel is opposite side from exhaust, heat soak is not a problem on E-types...
