I asked about New England restoration facilities last fall. Had many good suggestions that I researched.

We just found another which seems to have a massive amount of knowledge and experience. No one said anything about it so I am curious what people think.

I am familiar with Dean. My personal experience is limited to buying some parts from him for my E-Type. He was knowledgable and helpful. I was introduced to Dean by a friend who has dealt with him for a long time and had nothing but praise for him and his operation. I had no idea how extensive his operation was until I watched the video.
Good luck with your choice of restorer. Personally, I would go with the best that is closest to me.
