Question Need opinions on best gearbox fluid (U.S.A.)

I wondered if there was one particular fluid that seemed to help for smoother shifts, or if all the 90 WT oils were basically the same....
I was using Redline MT 90 in other British cars, but don't know if it is appropriate for the 4-speed E-type gearbox.
Thanks for suggestions.
Edward

Hi Edward I use Redline MT 90 in the 5 speed T9 Sierra gearbox in my MGA and found that it really smooths out the shifting. Andy

We sell Duckhams EP 80/90 which is sold in 500ml bottles. You will need approx. 1.42 liters (3 bottles) to fill. $1.68 per bottle.
