Default 1969 E-Type

This is my 1969 E-Type that I inherited from my dad when he passed last year. I am working on getting it running smooth and have made some serious progress, even though I don't really know what I'm doing yet.

Not too much into cnvts. Love the coupe, but a roadster with a hdtp. or softop on, especially in a darker color melts the heart!
On top of that, next to a stone building just sets it off perfectly.

Default The Low Drag Roadster

Hi All!

I've had a rather unique Jaguar for about a decade now. She's heading back to the Quail event his August for her second showing and I realized I'd never shared her with folks on the Jaguar forums.

She's what we call the "Low Drag Roadster" and if a Jaguar D-Type and the Locker-Lindner Low Drag Coupe ever had an offspring, she'd be it!

I created a Facebook page that has lots of photos of this car. I'll post the address here and I hope folks like what they see
Facebook Post

When Jaguar North America wanted to do a commercial to unveil their at the time secret F-Type SVR, their most powerful production car to date, they called and said they considered using a D-Type and a C-Type and chose my car. Needless to say, I was extremely happy, humbled and flattered.

Sadly, the producer and director had a huge falling out and the hour or so of amazing footage disappeared, leaving only this video:

I'm big into 'what-if' cars - and that thing is over the TOP! It's kind of a DE-Type. The builder nailed the Linder-Nocker thing, and congrats on the commercial.
Can me has it?
