I believe this is from Jaguar XKE? Is it for tools or documents?

Dimensions 10 x 7.5”

I believe it carries the owners manual, things like that.

Manual and document pouch for the V-12 E-Type, and maybe others.

It holds the "Operating, Maintenance and Service Handbook" and similarly-sized documents.
