Default Series 2 horn wiring question

My horns quit working the other day. The horns and horn relay fuses are good. Wires attached at right side horn. By the left sude horn, there is a loose wire but i cant see that it is supposed to connected to the horn or on which terminal. Does anyone know if this is a horn connection?

The right side horn has 2 wires and the left side horn has 3 wires, one of which is the power wire that then goes to the right side horn. The power wire is the loose wire dangling by the left side horn and needs to be connected which is why nothing works at the moment. The power wire is purple/yellow so if you can determine the wire colors connect it to the same terminal as the other purple/yellow wire. Otherwise determine which wire on the left horn goes to ground and the other terminal is the power terminal. The ground wires are black. If you connect it to the wrong terminal and press the horn button you'll just blow the fuse. You can also look for scratches on the copper male terminal.

Seems odd that wire would suddenly come off one of the two terminals without something knocking it off.
