Question turn signal flasher relay location

Hi all. I am going to install LED lights in the rear brake/turn signal lights. I have this fear of being rear ended (as others have also expressed). I know I need to change the relay due to the low current draw from the LEDs which causes the lights to flash too fast. First, where the heck is the turn signal relay on a series 2 e-type (1969)? Second, I believe emergency flasher relay is behind the center drop down panel, correct? Now, will this new relay work with the front lights which will not be changed to LEDs. Hopefully, someone here has made the conversion. I would appreciate any advice/assistance. Thanks from another newbie trying to learn and improve my cat as it is a driver for road trips during the summer here in central Michigan.

Default Turn signal relay

Hi and on my 69 series 2 FHC it is above your left knee up under the dash as you sit in the left driver's seat. I just did this changeover in my S2 and I was helped by another E owner who advised me to buy the turn signal flasher unit that has the ground wire. There is a bolt within distance of the flasher ground wire. The model number is EF33RL
Amazon Amazon
as well as the front turn signal bulbs (amber) Do remember that you need to buy the LED color according to what color lens you have. for ex. red LED to go under a red lens. If you buy a white LED, and put it under a red lens, the lens will look pink. That EF33RL flasher does click, but the SuperBrite LED hazard flasher (FL3-RED-K) that I chose does not. All the flashers and bulbs seem to be working OK, though some have reported issues. My 69 has had other electrical upgrades: a solid state voltage stabilizer/regulator for the fuel/temp gauges, a 123 electronic distributor, 2 relays for the headlight circuit to be able to run halogen headlights. I still have all the part numbers for the SuperBrite Leds that I bought if you are interested. I also bought 44mm festoon bulbs for the backup lights, though I'm still looking for the part number for the one I bought. The style number for those festoons is GLB273, but if you look on SBL for "44mm festoon", the options do come up.
