Default XKE 1969 S2 wheel spokes

I discovered about 10 broken spokes on my right hand front wheel.
I have a local motor cycle shop that claims to be capable of repairing the wheel but I need a source for replacement spokes.
he tells me that all of the existing good spokes need to be free to turn. I am not sure that any of the are not seized. They are very difficult to turn.
so I may need 72 or 360 depending on how far I have to take this.
A source in Canada would be great but most likely I am looking at the States or the UK.
Any help would be appreciated

SNG Barrett sells the individual spokes that will fit your wheel. They're not cheap so hopefully you won't need 360 of them! Alternatively you might try contacting Dayton (they make replacement wire wheels) so they may have a version that will fit. Good luck!

I have done both. I got six replacement spokes from Dayton and repaired my wheel myself. I have also purchased replacement wheels from Dayton which I recommend.

I got replacement spokes directly from Dayton, you have to send them an old spoke as they had several different sizes and angles.

Terry,

You can give Hendrix Wire Wheel a call. They refurbished and trued all 5 wheels on my 67 XKE. Allen is walking encyclopedia on wire wheels; I was super impressed, cleaned with new liners and proper tubes. They identified which wheels had been replaced and which were original.
