XKE 1969 Series 2,bulb issue
I have managed to get nearly all the indicator lights working on my Jag. However the brightness of the bulbs seems low.
the head light indicator (blue) is almost unseeable. The only light that is bright is the Hazard warning light.
can any body throw some light on this issue.
the battery is fully charged and the alternator is giving 13.5 volts.
the measurement at the some bulb holders is as low as 10.5 volts

You obviously have a volt meter, good. I suggest you probe one of the dim lights (10.5v) and determine whether the high side is too low or the ground side too high. Measure each lead relative to the battery ground terminal. If the power is low suspect the head light or side light switch and connections. If the ground side is high check that the instrument panel is well grounded. Good luck.
